1.) a. God calls to bruce directly by walking on the water with him and talking to bruce about what he can do. He does this so bruce knows what is going on and will believe in Gods way of making bruce in charge.
b. The way God speaks to Bruce threw individuals is by the homeless man you see always holding signs. The homeless man always has clues in his signs of something that may happened or happened already. In the end he turns into God so thats how you know God was trying to speak to bruce threw an individual.
c. How God speaks to Bruce threw a community is threw the guys who were beating up the homeless man. God clearly wanted to see if bruce was a good enough man to stand up for somebody who was being harassed, and bruce did stand up for him even though he got beat up after.
2.) I think god does call through people today. I believe that everything happens for a reason, and he does have a plan for everyone of us. God calls through priests and popes, ect. he does this by having them speak his word and having them try to help people come on the good side. They also help banish bad spirits (demons) out of people even though its putting there life’s in danger. priests always have faith in God and don’t give up on people even though they are a lost cause to other people.
3.) Bruce learns to be in a relationship with god through Grace. Bruce learns that he can’t just pray for himself and let himself be happy cause the only thing that matters if the women he loves is happy.
